Indian government has imposed additional customs duty on 28 US imported products including almonds, walnuts and pulses. The tariff will be implemented from today (Sunday) as Delhi has announced. The announcement has been given in retaliation to U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to impose higher import tariffs on Indian aluminum and steel.

Hong Kong’s leader, Carrie Lam, has announced to suspend efforts to pass the controversial new extradition law after a week of mass protests. 8 Kenya police officers killed in bomb blast
