Bomb hurled and rioting took place in Kolkata`s Kankinara. These attacks have been carried out from last (Tuesday) morning amid the political turmoil. BJP-Trinamool Congress blamed each other for the attack.

Iraqi PM to mediate between US and Iran

Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi has told that his country will send delegation to Washington and Tehran to halt the ongoing tensions between the two countries. He told reporters in Baghdad on Tuesday that "Iraq has been maintaining high-level communications with both countries. Baghdad wants to ease the ongoing tensions in the region like the European Union."

A Nepali mountaineer named Kami Rita Sherpa has set a world record by climbing Mount Everest for unprecedented 24 times. On May 15, he made a record by reaching Everest for 23 times. The 50-year-old broke his own record in a week by climbing again.
