Netherlands police detained a Turkish national, suspected of carrying out a terrorist attack on a passenger tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht. The Monday shooting carried out on board in one of the city`s trams at the 24 Oktoberplein junction left 3 people dead and 9 others critically injured. Meanwhile, after the arrest of the suspected Turkish citizen, the threat alert in the city of Utrecht has been abated. The highest alert was issued immediately after the attack.
