Trump separated on first day of G7 conference

On the first day of the G7 conference, US president Donald Trump was separated from other leaders. Trump`s decision on trade duty and his comments on including Russia in the G7 conference distinguish him from the European leaders.

The G7 conference has started on Friday in Québec of Canada. Prior to the conference, President Trump commented that industrial alliance G7 should include Russia. He also thinks that the range of G7 conference has become short.

But German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that members of the European Union who joined the conference oppose Trump’s decision.

Note that due to the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula in 2014, Russia was expelled from G7.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump was involved in controversy on Twitter with French President Emmanuel Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. As a result, Trump withdrew himself from the discussion of climate change and environmental issues of the G7 conference before the conference starts.

It has been told from Canada that trump’s decisions regarding trade duty are illegal. At the same time, European Council President Donald Tusk said that Trump’s position in trade, climate change and Iran is really dangerous.

Trump will tour Singapore after the two-day conference. There will be a historic meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
