Global electronics brand LG has held its first-ever Service Conference with the slogan ‘Faster Service, Smarter Care’ in Bangladesh on February 11, 2019 in Dhaka. The Service Conference-2019 reflects the LG’s strong commitment to providing better service to its customers in Bangladesh.
Mr. Mooje Kim, Regional Customer Service Director, Asia and Mr. Ronald Lim, General Manager. LG Electronics Singapore Pvt. Ltd. were present in the Conference as special guests. Mr. Dong Kon Son. MD of LG Bangladesh said, ‘LG is committed to ensure higher Customer Satisfaction for the upcoming days’. Mr. Son also referred to the initiatives LG has adopted last year such as increasing number of Authorized Service Centre to 160 from 68, and setting up the Call Centre.
The speakers of the conference stressed on LG’s commitment to serving the customers ensuring quality service. In this connection, LG has already expanded its Service Network extensively and in the Conference, LG signed an agreement with Butterfly Marketing Ltd. with a view to ensuring faster and quality service. In the Service Conference-2019, LG has also shared its Service Vision and Strategic Plan with all the stakeholders. The Conference also informed that LG introduced the Customer Hotline Number 09678545454 last year to receive customers’ feedback and support them through after sales service.
Mr. Monowar Hussein, Head of Service of LG Bangladesh, made the keynote presentation of the program. The program was also attended by Mr. Ronald Lim, General Manager, LG Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd. Customer Service and Mr. MA Mannan, Chairman, Butterfly Marketing Ltd.
More than three hundred participants from all over the country attended the Conference. And popular band ‘Souls’ performed live songs in the program as well.
