The results of the HSC and equivalent examinations this year show that the girls have higher pass rates than boys. While the pass rate of the boys is 63.88 percent, the pass rate of the girls is 69.72 percent. It means that about five percent more girls passed than the boys.
Earlier the Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid handed a summary of the results of the education boards to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban at around 10am today (Thursday, July 19th).
